Here is what the Bible says on Leviticus 14, Verse 11:

"The priest who cleanses him shall set the man who is to be cleansed, and those things, before The LORD, at the door of the tent of meeting." <<   12 >>

"Prèt k'ap fè sèvis la va mennen moun lan ansanm ak ofrann li yo devan Seyè a, jouk nan papòt Tant Randevou a."

"Le sacrificateur qui fait la purification présentera l`homme qui se purifie et toutes ces choses devant l`Éternel, à l`entrée de la tente d`assignation."
