The previous verse says: "[24] And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.
Jesus is teaching about how people respond to God's Word and is saying something like, in Verse 25, "Those who hear the truth will be given more (truth), and those who reject the truth will lose all they know."
