The only contrast I can see is time, meaning the bible consist of 66 books which
spans many years and generations..
There is no constrast in the old or new
testament because all these books were writen by God's insperation.
When we look at Plsm 119 it states that "let every man be a lier but God be the
Truth" so if this is the case God can not be in constrast with his own words
be it in
the New or Old Testament..
Again in Hew:13:8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever" so we see
there is not changing or contrast in God's word.
when we look all we have is the time frame in which the Word of God was writen,
i, e. History and places and the tecnology of the day..
but God's word is
everlassting
