I am searching for a Christian male in his 30s to share a 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms one level home in a gated community.
It is in Southeast Orlando off 417, and Osceola Parkway.
You will be close to I-4 at The Loop Exit, and the Florida Turnpike at Osceola Parkway.
Share the neat, and tidy home with two very mature Christians (1 F 50s & 1 M 30s).
Share one full bath room with the very clean, and respectful gentleman in his 30s.
$100 per week/$400 per month rent covers utilities, cable, internet, access to house phone, usage of kitchen, washer, dryer, trash disposal, and parking for one non commercial in the driveway.
The room has a simple queen size bed, two end tables, a medium dresser, and large closet.
You can rent it without furnitures, and bring your own tv.
You will be 15 minutes from the airport, downtown orlando, International Drive, Universal Studio, and all the theme parks.
I am looking for a long term roommate, and will need a clear copy of your driver's license.
I also need employment verification, and references.
NO PET, AND NO INDOOR SMOKING.
