Not agreeing or disagreeing with multiple baptisms, but you're using this verse out of context.
When it is written one faith, one God, one baptism it refers to there being one faith that is the true and only faith, one God that is the true and only God and one baptism that is the true and only baptism.
Focusing on baptism, this verse doesn't reflect the appropriate amount of baptisms, but states that there is only one kind of true baptism.
Like one kind of true God and one kind of true faith
