Here is what the Bible says on Luke 17, Verse 1:

"He said to the disciples, "It is impossible that occasions of stumbling should not come, but woe to him through whom they come!"   2 >>

"Jezi di disip li yo: Ap toujou gen bagay k'ap fèt ki pou fè moun fè peche. Men, malè pou moun ki lakòz bagay sa yo rive."

"Jésus dit à ses disciples: Il est impossible qu`il n`arrive pas des scandales; mais malheur à celui par qui ils arrivent!"
