la Bible dit: Nehemie 9, Verset 17:

"ils refusèrent d`obéir, et ils mirent en oubli les merveilles que tu avais faites en leur faveur. Ils raidirent leur cou; et, dans leur rébellion, ils se donnèrent un chef pour retourner à leur servitude. Mais toi, tu es un Dieu prêt à pardonner, compatissant et miséricordieux, lent à la colère et riche en bonté, et tu ne les abandonnas pas,"<<   18 >>

"Yo refize obeyi ou, yo bliye tout bèl mèvèy ou te fè pou yo. Yo fè tèt di, yo chwazi yon chèf pou mennen yo tounen nan esklavaj peyi Lejip la. Men, ou se Bondye ki konn padonnen. Ou gen pitye, ou gen bon kè. Ou pa fè kòlè fasil, Ou pa t' janm sispann renmen yo. Ou pa t' lage yo."

"and refused to obey, neither were mindful of your wonders that you did among them, but hardened their neck, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage. But you are a God ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abundant in lovingkindness, and didn`t forsake them."
